Perspecta, acquired by Peraton in May 2021, was a U.S. government services provider that catered to the defense, intelligence, civilian, healthcare, and state and local markets. As a contractor, Perspecta offered mission services, digital transformation, and enterprise operations. Notably, Perspecta secured a $112 million contract with the Space Development Agency (SDA) to perform systems engineering and integration (SE&I) work for the National Defense Space Architecture. The company also won a $71 million contract with the U.S. Space Force to support the Space Weather Analysis and Forecast System (SWAFS) program.
