Sikorsky Aircraft, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, is an American aircraft manufacturer and a world leader in helicopter design, manufacturing, and service. While primarily known for military and commercial helicopters, Sikorsky Innovations is exploring electric propulsion systems, advanced flight autonomy, and vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft, including uncrewed aerial systems. Sikorsky supplies helicopters to all five branches of the United States armed forces, along with military services, and commercial operators in 40 nations and has supplied the Presidential helicopter since 1957. Key partners include GE Aerospace, and major customers include the U.S. Military and the Israel Air Force.
