NSS-6 will supplement Satcom Global’s existing satellite footprint over the Pacific Ocean to provide enhanced coverage and improved connectivity for customers sailing trans-Pacific trade routes.
The NSS-6 satellite sits in geostationary orbit with 60 high-power Ku-band transponders that can be flexibly allocated to six Ku-band broad beams.
NSS-6 provides additional line-of-sight options for Satcom Global customers when required.
