HARP is an Earth science cubesat deployed from the International Space Station in February 2020 three months after its launch to the station on a Northrop Grumman Cygnus cargo spacecraft.
HARP was the last of four missions selected in the first InVEST round in 2012 to launch, with the other three launching in 2016 and 2017.
The HARP payload was developed and is operated by the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
The HARP payload achieved first light in April 2021 and captured its first images in May 2021.
