Euro Broadband Infrastructure Sàrl (EBI) was a wholesale broadband services business that was initially a partnership between Viasat and Eutelsat Communications. Viasat fully acquired EBI in 2021, gaining complete ownership of the KA-SAT satellite and related ground infrastructure, providing satellite coverage over Europe and the Mediterranean region. KA-SAT provides bidirectional broadband internet access services.
