NASA and Roscosmos implemented an agreement for integrated crews announced 2022-07-15 that includes crew exchanges between Soyuz and Crew Dragon missions.

Roscosmos officials have privately advised NASA that Russia is unlikely to withdraw from the ISS before Russia begins launching modules for the Russian Orbital Service Station, which is expected no earlier than 2028.
