The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA), established in 1993, is a Chinese government agency responsible for administering the China Manned Space Program. Its functions include development strategy, planning, research and production, flight mission organization, and international cooperation. CMSA manages crewed spacecraft programs like Shenzhou and the Tiangong space station and works with international partners such as the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA).
