The China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) is a Chinese space agency and the main spacecraft development and production facility in China. Subordinate to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), CAST focuses on space exploration and provides integrated space-ground system solutions. They develop spacecraft for telecommunications, Earth observation, navigation, human spaceflight, lunar and deep space exploration, and space science. CAST also provides services for spacecraft, satellite ground applications, and customer support.
