EUROCONTROL, the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, is a pan-European, civil-military international organization dedicated to supporting European aviation and achieving safe and seamless air traffic management across Europe. While not an EU agency, it's been delegated parts of the Single European Sky regulations, making it central to coordinating and planning air traffic control.
