The German Offshore Spaceport Alliance (GOSA) is an industrial consortium founded in 2020 aiming to develop a mobile, offshore launch platform in the North Sea for small launch vehicles, enabling launches of payloads up to 1 ton. GOSA is a joint effort between Tractebel DOC Offshore, MediaMobil, OHB, and Harren Shipping Services. The alliance is working towards offering flexible and cost-efficient launch solutions, with a focus on supporting the growing New Space sector in Germany and Europe.
