National Science and Technology Council

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is a cabinet-level council in the Executive Branch of the U.S. government that coordinates science and technology policy across federal research and development entities. A primary objective of the NSTC is to ensure that science and technology policy decisions and programs are consistent with the President's stated goals. It also establishes national goals for federal investments in all areas of science and technology. The NSTC has a Subcommittee on Cislunar Science & Technology to support interagency collaboration on Cislunar priorities.
