Space Futures Command

US

Space Futures Command is a planned field command of the United States Space Force designed to ensure the nation's technical advantage in space. This command will focus on forecasting future threats, developing and validating concepts, conducting wargames, and performing mission area design to determine the necessary satellites and systems for the Space Force. It will consolidate efforts from existing entities like the Space Warfighting Analysis Center, and incorporate a new Concepts and Technologies Center and a Wargaming Center. Space Futures Command aims to help the Space Force prioritize missions, explore emerging technologies, and maintain space superiority in the face of potential conflicts.
