The Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), now known as the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, is a U.S. military educational institution that prepares military officers and civilians for leadership positions in national security, focusing on the resource component of national power. As part of the National Defense University, the Eisenhower School conducts postgraduate courses and research, awarding a Master of Science degree in national resource strategy, with emphasis on materiel acquisition, joint logistics, and their integration into national security strategy. The college's curriculum includes an industry studies program that analyzes the economic health of selected industrial sectors, including the space industry, to support national security. NASA has also sent employees to the ICAF for its 10-month program to develop their knowledge of political, economic, technological, and scientific phenomena.
