The Russian Space Forces (Космические войска России) are a branch of the Russian Aerospace Forces responsible for space warfare. They aim to identify and counter threats to Russia in space, launch spacecraft, and maintain satellite systems, supporting the Russian Armed Forces with crucial information. Key partners include Roscosmos, and they operate cosmodromes like Baikonur and Plesetsk.
