Airman Development Command

US

Airman Development Command (ADC) is a U.S. Air Force organization that is being established in 2025 to enhance airman development, training, and education. As part of the Air Force's re-optimization plan, ADC will serve as the enterprise-wide integrator for Airman development, with the goal of producing mission-ready Airmen at an accelerated rate to maintain superiority amid Great Power Competition. ADC will consolidate force development under a single command, reducing the number of functional managers across the Air Force and establishing centers of excellence to guide training changes. Key partners include Air Force Materiel Command, Air Combat Command, and the Integrated Capabilities Command.
