The 21st Space Wing (21 SW) was a wing of the United States Space Force responsible for ground-based missile warning and space control. It operated and maintained a network of ground-based radars, including PAVE PAWS and BMEWS, for missile warning and space surveillance. The Wing supported various space missions and provided space control capabilities and installation support for Peterson Air Force Base and other locations. It was inactivated on July 24, 2020, and its functions were transitioned to other Space Force entities.
