Florida National Guard

The Florida National Guard, specifically the Florida Air National Guard, plays a role in space operations as a reserve component of the U.S. Air Force and, operationally, the U.S. Space Force. It provides personnel and units trained to support space missions, including space situational awareness and offensive space electronic warfare capabilities. One key unit, formerly the 114th Space Control Squadron, was redesignated as the 114th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron, reflecting its mission to conduct electromagnetic attacks in contested environments, supporting U.S. Space Force objectives. The Florida National Guard contributes to national security objectives and supports both federal and state missions.
