The China Satellite Launch and Tracking Control General (CLTC) is a key organization within China's space program, responsible for managing launch centers, tracking and control networks, and mission operations. Subordinate to the People's Liberation Army Strategic Support Force Space Systems Department, CLTC provides satellite launch and tracking control services for both domestic and international clients. They also design and manufacture related equipment and handle launch site construction, and have been involved in numerous international commercial launches. CLTC operates the Chinese Deep Space Network (CDSN), supporting lunar and Mars missions.
