Camas High School is a public high school that engages in space-related activities through its STEM programs and clubs. The school offers various levels of robotics instruction and encourages participation in FIRST Robotics teams. Camas High School was selected to receive a "Moon Tree" grown from seeds flown on NASA's Artemis I mission, symbolizing the school's commitment to science, exploration, and environmental stewardship. A graduate of Camas High School, Dr. Michael Barratt, piloted a spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS) and spoke with students from space. The school's Amateur Radio Club has also made contact with the ISS.
