13th Space Warning Squadron

The 13th Space Warning Squadron (13 SWS) is a unit of the United States Space Force located at Clear Space Force Station in Alaska. Its primary mission is to provide early warning of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) to the Missile Warning Center at North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). The 13 SWS also provides space surveillance data on orbiting objects to the Space Control Center.
