KRAKsat is an academic space engineering project involving students from AGH University of Science and Technology and Jagiellonian University in Poland, in cooperation with SatRevolution. The project focused on developing a CubeSat satellite that utilizes ferrofluid for attitude control, making it one of the first Polish CubeSats and the first globally to test this technology. KRAKsat's mission involved launching a satellite to the International Space Station (ISS) and deploying it into orbit to study the behavior of ferrofluid in space as a reaction wheel.
