The Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST), operating under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, is a national non-profit organization for amateur radio enthusiasts in Thailand. Founded in 1963, RAST represents the interests of Thai amateur radio operators before national and international regulatory bodies. RAST also supports amateur radio activities, including satellite communications, and has been involved in projects such as the development of Thailand's first ham radio satellite, JAISAT-1. The organization is a member of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU).
