As of January 11, 2017, an Economic Times report indicated PSLV-C37 was expected to carry 103 satellites of which 100 were foreign and three were Indian, naming Cartosat-2 (730 kg) and INS-1A and INS-1B (total 30 kg).
As of June 5, 2006, a report in The Hindu indicated a GSLV launch for INSAT-4C in July 2006 and a PSLV launch for Cartosat-2 in August 2006.
As of February 1, 2006, Cartosat-2 (IRS-P7) launch had been delayed to NET July 2006.
