Space-Track later identified the Glonass object from the September 13, 2025 launch as Kosmos-2595 and the secondary microsatellite as Kosmos-2596.
Space-Track/USSPACECOM initially catalogued three objects for launch 2025-206 as 2025-206A (unknown/no orbit parameters), 2025-206B (Kosmos-2595 / Glonass) with a reported orbit of approximately 19,136 x 19,156 km, 64.79°, and 2025-206C (Fregat R/B) with a reported orbit of approximately 18,823 x 19,147 km, 64.79°.
Glonass-K satellite Glonass-K 708 (Kosmos-2595) was listed on the Glonass status page and the Glonass Notice Advisory to GLONASS Users (NAGU) notifications indicate Glonass-K 708 was put into operation on October 16, 2025 at 13:20 MSK.
