Tracking data show Kosmos-2558 regularly performed small maneuvers to maintain its orbital plane close to that of USA 326 during 2022 and 2023.
Kosmos-2558 conducted a small orbit-raising maneuver on September 29, 2022 near 12:00 UTC to fine-tune RAAN precession relative to USA 326.
Cosmos 2558 initially occupied an orbit with an orbital plane similar to USA 326, a classified NRO imagery satellite launched in February 2022.
As of September 2022, Cosmos 2558 had altered its orbit to continue matching the orbital plane of USA 326 while not being in an actual proximity orbit.
