As of April 7, 2019, a Times of India article indicated PSLV-C47 was scheduled to launch Cartosat-3 in June 2019.
ISRO's PSLV-C47 mission page listed Cartosat-3 in a 509 km circular orbit with inclination 97.5 degrees and a launch time of 03:58 UTC on November 25, 2019.
As of November 19, 2019, ISRO scheduled PSLV-C47 to launch Cartosat-3 and 13 nanosatellites at 09:28 IST on November 25, 2019.
As of October 24, 2019, forum aggregation of manifest items identified Cartosat-3 plus Meshbed plus 12 SuperDoves as a 14-satellite complement for PSLV-C47.
As of April 1, 2019, an EMISAT end-of-launch speech placement indicated the Cartosat-3 mission would move to PSLV-C47 and target NET May 2019.
