On June 2023 a new catalog object with NORAD ID 60448 was added associated with the Meteor-M launch and was observed in the same orbit as the Meteor satellite at an altitude above the rideshare payloads from that launch.
As of July 2, 2019, GK Launch Services announced that the Soyuz-2.1b with Meteor-M and 32 small satellites was transported to the launch pad and was getting ready for a launch scheduled for July 5, 2019 at 08:41:46 Moscow time from the Vostochny Cosmodrome.
