Oceansat-2 Mission

As of August 8, 2007, multiple sources and forum posts referenced a planned PSLV mission manifest that included the Israeli Polaris satellite and several Canadian microsatellites on PSLV flights in late 2007, with Oceansat-2 reported as a payload candidate for a PSLV manifest.
As of August 24, 2007, a source claiming local knowledge at Sriharikota asserted that there was no satellite named Cartosat-2A and that Oceansat-2 would fly with six Canadian microsatellites on PSLV-C9 in December 2007.
